By downloading or using Homestead Companion, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Homestead Companion is a personal homestead management tool. You may use it to track tasks, garden and harvest records, budget, notes, and information about the animals in your care.
You agree not to use the app for any unlawful purpose or in a way that violates the rights of others.
Homestead Companion is free to use, with a complete core set of features. It also offers optional module unlocks (such as Poultry, Goats, and Rabbits) that add species-specific tools.
Each module is a one-time, non-consumable purchase billed through the App Store or Google Play and subject to their respective terms. There are no subscriptions and nothing auto-renews — once you unlock a module it remains yours for as long as the app is available, with no further charges. Purchases can be restored on your other devices, and Family Sharing is supported where the store offers it.
Homestead Companion is a record-keeping tool only. Nothing in this app constitutes veterinary, medical, or professional agricultural advice. Always consult a licensed veterinarian or qualified professional for health and husbandry decisions about your animals and crops.
All data you enter is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining backups of important records. We are not liable for data loss resulting from device failure, app deletion, or software updates.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Homestead Companion and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
