By downloading or using Equine Companion, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Equine Companion is a personal horse management tool. You may use it to track health records, schedule reminders, and manage information about horses in your care.
You agree not to use the app for any unlawful purpose or in a way that violates the rights of others.
Equine Companion offers optional paid subscriptions (Rider, Trainer) that unlock additional features. Subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play and are subject to their respective terms.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
Equine Companion is a record-keeping tool only. Nothing in this app constitutes veterinary or medical advice. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for health concerns about your animals.
All data you enter is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining backups of important records. We are not liable for data loss resulting from device failure, app deletion, or software updates.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Equine Companion and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
