Data Deletion

Equine Companion stores all data locally on your device. No personal data is held on our servers. Deleting the app permanently removes all of your data.

How to delete your data

Because all data is stored on your device, you can delete it at any time by uninstalling the app:

On your Android device, long-press the Equine Companion app icon
Tap Uninstall
Confirm the uninstall

This immediately and permanently removes all horse records, health logs, reminders, training sessions, ride history, expenses, documents, and settings stored by the app.

What is deleted

All horse profiles and health records
Reminders and notification settings
Training sessions and GPS ride history
Expense and income records
Document vault contents
App preferences and settings
All photos attached to records

What is not held by us

We do not operate a backend server and hold no personal data on our end. There is nothing for us to delete on your behalf.

Subscription data

If you have an active subscription, your purchase history is managed by Google Play and RevenueCat. To cancel your subscription, go to Google Play → Subscriptions → Equine Companion → Cancel. To request deletion of RevenueCat's anonymised purchase record, contact us using the details below.
