Homestead Companion stores all of your records locally on your device. We do not operate a server and hold none of your homestead data. Deleting the app permanently removes all of it.
Because everything is stored on your device, you can delete it at any time by uninstalling the app:
This immediately and permanently removes everything the app stored. There is no backup and no copy on our end, so this cannot be undone.
There is no account, no sign-up, and no server. Your homestead records are never transmitted to us, so there is nothing on our end to delete.
If you turned on weather, your device's coordinates were sent to Open-Meteo to fetch a forecast; Open-Meteo does not retain them. If you used voice input, audio was processed by your device's built-in speech recognition (Google on Android, Apple on iOS) and is not stored by us. Neither leaves anything behind for us to delete. You can switch both off at any time in Settings, or revoke the permissions in your device settings.
Module unlocks are one-time purchases handled by the App Store or Google Play, with purchase validation through RevenueCat. That record is tied to an anonymous identifier, not to your name or email. To request deletion of the RevenueCat purchase record, contact us using the details below — note that this may prevent restoring your module unlocks on a new device.
